Having a good experience with my old hearing aids, I am now wearing my second pair which Dr. April Pittman fitted for me after testing. It is as if these aids were designed for me. Dr. Pittman certainly customized them for me. I put them in my ears when my feet hit the floor in the morning and I take then out when I go to bed at night. I do not want to be without them.
My appointments with April Pittman have been the most pleasant and educational for she patiently explains and answers my questions, and I can go to her as often as I want to have my aids tweaked. I feel very fortunate to have in Salisbury such a convenient and professional service from Dr. April Pittman and her office staff.

I've been with Dr. Pittman since she began practicing --- quite a few years and 3 pairs of aids ago. Dr. Pittman encourages me to have regular adjustments so as to get the most out of my aids. Dr. Pittman appreciates that hearing aids are a serious investment so she wants her patients to have the maximum usage for their money. She does not simply sell hearing aids; Dr. Pittman builds relationships with her patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pittman for over three years. I have found her to be capable, efficient, and most cooperative. She is gentle and always pleasant. It is truly a pleasure to visit her office. I am especially pleased that I chose Dr. Pittman to be my Audiologist.

My hearing loss occurred several years ago when I served in the military. It resulted mostly from weapons fire at the practice range. Some time in the 1980's I purchased hearing aids. These were the in-ear type and helped to some extent. They, however, amplified all sounds, and were very annoying around loud sounds and crowds. I kept them in my pocket much of the time while I was at work. (Due to that fact, I actually lost one of them.) Recently I experienced even more hearing loss in my left ear after having a head cold. After visits to the ENT, resulting in a hearing test, visual examination and MRI I decided to try hearing aids again. Salisbury Audiology was recommended to me by a friend who had recently purchased Phonak aids there. My experienced there have been nothing less than very pleasing, from the call for an initial appointment, to the visit to actually pick the hearing aids up. The services provided by Dr. Pittman and her staff were excellent and the hearing aids are working great!
